Elixian Global is a movement that trains, equips, and supports individuals and Christian Leaders to create spiritually healthy, discipleship-focused communities. We offer cohorts or circles, consulting, workshops, and leadership development to help people grow in faith and build “life-giving” Christian groups.

A Restorative Community is a safe, intentional space where people are supported in healing their inner lives, growing personally, and becoming healthier influences in their everyday relationships. These communities are shaped by shared values of restoration, honesty, and love.
By addressing unhealthy patterns, emotional wounds, and learned behaviors, restorative communities help people show up with greater presence, clarity, and consistency—leading others not through titles or authority, but through how they live, relate, and care for those around them.

After 25 years of pastoral service, the vision of the River of Life (Ezekiel 47:1–12) — God’s presence bringing life and healing — felt distant, as many communities remained broken despite my efforts. Frustration led to a deep hunger for restoration. In 2011, learning from mentors who built thriving communities brought transformation; the “river” began to flow again.
This experience birthed Elixian Global. The name “Elixian” signifies this living river—an elixir of healing and authentic community in Christ. Today, Elixian Global strengthens restorative communities worldwide, offering guidance to those called to bring the river of life to their own.
